Vacum Carnes de Lujo is the only Spanish company to win medals 3 consecutive years in the World Steak Challenge.

All our meats are governed by the highest standards in terms of safety and quality required by the health authorities.

Vacum is authorized to export to more than 31 countries thanks to a daily and detailed traceability control.

World Steak Challenge 2018

The annual World Steak Challenge was held in July. With more than 200 participants from all over the world, including several Spanish companies in the meat sector, as happened in the last edition, VACUM was one of the only Spanish companies to win medals.

The jury, made up of specialists from all over the world, has awarded VACUM with two Medals:

Gold medal: Sirloin Breed Mirandesa

Silver medal: Entrecott Rubia Gallega crossing Casina

World Steak Challenge 2017

In 2017 and as was the case in recent years, VACUM was the only Spanish company to win medals in the World Steak Challenge.

On this occasion, the jury awarded VACUM with three Medals:

Gold medal: Sirloin Breed Casina

Rib Eye Gold Medal: Casina Breed

Silver medal: Entrecott Rubia Gallega crossing Casina

World Steak Challenge 2016

On September 22, 2016, the annual World Steak Challenge was held in Hyde Park, London. With more than 100 participants from all over the world , including several Spanish companies in the meat sector, Vacum was the only Spanish company to win a medal.

The jury, made up of 16 specialists from all over the world, awarded the Silver medal to the Entrecott Vacum from a Blonde cow that is 9 years old and has matured for 45 days.

An award and a jewel of gastronomy that certify the indisputable bet that Vacum makes for the first quality of the market in each of its products.
