On September 22, 2016, the annual World Steak Challenge was held in Hyde Park, London. With more than 100 participants from all over the world , including several Spanish companies in the meat sector, Vacum was the only Spanish company to win a medal.
The jury, made up of 16 specialists from all over the world, awarded the Silver medal to the Entrecott Vacum from a Blonde cow that is 9 years old and has matured for 45 days.
