Vacum wins a silver medal at the World Steak Challenge 2016
Vacum has been awarded the silver medal for its Entrecôte Vacum Rubia Gallega. The meat producer is the only Spanish company to win a prize.
The most recent edition of the World Steak Challenge 2016, the world’s most important meat competition, was held last September in London, and featured over 100 types of meat from various international producers. VACUM was awarded the silver medal for its 9-year-old Entrecôte Vacum Rubia Gallega, the only Spanish entrant to win a prize.
Vacum produces and distributes quality meats, aged in a natural way using a process of dry ageing, aimed at the hospitality and gourmet food sectors.
